Food Challenge Allergy Test

Children can outgrow allergies. An allergy test, called the Food Challenge, introduces the allergen to a child and if there is no reaction, the child is given more of the food. If there is no reaction after consuming a large portion of the food, then the child is no longer considered allergic to the food. Check out NPR here to....
