New Study Reveals Another Source of Cross-Contamination in the Kitchen

A study conducted by the University of Georgia reveals that utensils can add to cross-contamination in the kitchen. The big takeaway from the study is that it's important to wash utensils, graters, cutting boards, dishes, and counter tops between uses in order to stop the spread of foodborne pathogens.
