Trader Joe's Salad Recall

18.5 tons of turkey and chicken salad are under recall due to the presence of glass and plastic fragments. Trader Joe's urges customers to either return products to the place of purchase or discard them. The states affected by the recall are: New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Louisiana, Nevada, Texas, Utah, Arizona, California, Washington, Idaho, and Colorado.
