"I just wanted to send you an email letting you know how enjoyable and educational your class was. I was nervous about taking the class due to not being able to retain a lot of information at once. You provided the class with a lot of valuable information, and the way you taught the class with the repetitive questions gave me the ability to remember all the information you provided. You have given me the ability to perform better at my job, and to make sure our employees are providing high quality food that will not make any of our students sick. High five to you!!!"
