Keep cold foods cold - 41F or below.
Keep hot foods hot - 135F or higher.
Cook stuffed foods to 165F.
Cook injected meats to 155F.

A recall has been issued by Arruda's Dairy Farms concerning their eggnog products. A sample from the eggnog revealed the presence of Salmonella. Although no illnesses have been reported, public health officials are concerned because the sell-by dates extend into 2018 which means there is a risk of unused eggnog being present in consumer homes. Approximately 46,810 pounds of beef meatball products are under recall due to egg, a known allergen, not being declared on the label. The only state affected by the recall is Pennsylvania.
